We offer a flat shipping rate for all orders. Your initial order will be verified and processed within 24-48 hours. Then it will be packed and given to the mail carrier New Zealand DHL/Express. Packages are shipped Monday through Friday. Please note that USANA is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Packages will not be shipped on these days.
